"I also enjoy that this camp isn't a local based camp but the whole Christian church is invited, I am friends with people from South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. There's also a good balance between activities, bible studies and socializing and rest and relaxation."

Nicolas Huf - Victoria (2016 camp)

"There was a pretty intense study

on Spiritual Warfare led by Pastor Matt but this was balanced by playing relaxing board and card games with friends. It is amazing catching up with old friends and making new ones throughout each of the camps."

Dylan Windridge - Victoria (2016 camp)

"I have been on two LSF camps while both were different the support and friendships that blossom when young adults across Australia come together to learn and worship God is powerful.

Through, having fun, fellow shipping with other young adults and journeying through similar stages of life is vital for the growth and support of young Lutheran adults in Australians. It is a wonderful place where it doesn't matter if you live in the city or country. Are highly educated or have gone straight into the work force LSF is for you."

Christina Mitchell - Queensland

"I have been to a few National Retreats (and Conferences) in South Australia and other states. I enjoyed the mix of spiritual and social events; having time to relax and meet new people and getting to discuss and debate the topics of the day. The best part is that there can be right mix of serious and fun for anyone, whether it's board games, outdoor sports, theological debates or Bible studies"

Alex Barrett - South Australia

"Retreat is a wonderful opportunity for young adults to meet, connect, socialise and hear the word of God in a relaxed and friendly environment away from the pressures of the secular world. You will enjoy a mix of activities, both onsite and off, as well as devotional services and bible study sessions spread out throughout your stay"

CAMP EXPERIENCES

"What I liked about camp... Amazing food, making new friends (and meeting old ones), free-time, games, thought provoking studies and getting all dressed up and fancy for formal dinner. In general, they just go too quick! Super keen for next year!"
